Toni Wells is a marketing and business development professional with nearly 20 years of experience working in the legal services industry. She coaches high-performing lawyers on business development, marketing, and personal branding matters. In addition to her work at Coston Consulting, Toni also serves as an affiliate consultant to Diversity Lab, where she is the lead coach for the OnTrack program and presents frequently at the Mansfield Rule Client Forum programs. Prior to consulting, Toni held business development leadership roles at several prominent international AmLaw 100 law firms.

Q. Do you offer a money-back guarantee?

A. We are confident the Elevate curriculum provides the insights and best practice you need to advance your business development and marketing skills. If you are not satisfied with our product, please email us within 30-days of securing your subscription, provide details about why you are not satisfied with the curriculum, and demonstrate you’ve completed at least half of the program outlined in your subscription to receive a full refund of your purchase.

Q. Will CLE credit be available to subscribers?

A. The Elevate Core and Advanced Curriculums have been approved for at least 1 CLE credit hour in certain mandatory CLE states, including Wyoming and West Virginia. Many states offer reciprocity credit for MCLE courses approved by other state CLE accrediting bodies. However, each jurisdiction has its own rules for which states it will grant reciprocity. Attorneys from Alaska, Arkansas, Connecticut, Florida, Hawaii, Maine, Montana, New Jersey, New York, North Dakota, and Wisconsin specifically may be eligible for reciprocity and should check with their jurisdiction/CLE monitoring body or other resources to confirm if our pre-approved jurisdictions allow you to obtain reciprocity credit for the state in which you are licensed.

Q. Do I have to take the course in the order it's presented?

A. The course is designed to be taken in the sequence provided, and we strongly recommend you progress through the curriculum as it’s designed to get the most out of this learning experience. However, you are free to access any module in your curriculum at any time during your subscription by using the sidebar menu.

Q. How long does it take to complete the course?

A. The speed with which you complete the curriculum will vary based on your learning habits and overall a time you are able to devote to completing the course.

Core Program
. The course is divided into 7 modules, which offers hours of video content plus text, downloadable resources, and interactive activities and knowledge checks.

Advanced Program. The course is divided into 10 modules, which offers hours of video content plus text, downloadable resources, and interactive activities and knowledge checks.

Remember, we recommend that you review the modules multiple times to reinforce your learning. Also, for certain focus areas, you may need to try the techniques and best practices “in the real world” and go back to the learning modules to sharpen your approach. As such, it’s important that everyone takes the course at their own pace.

Q. Is the program best suited for plaintiffs or defense attorneys, or a specific practice area?

A. The Elevate Curriculums are designed to benefit lawyers at law firms across a broad range of practice areas. The marketing and business development best practices covered in our programs are applicable to various legal fields. However, we recommend reviewing the module descriptions before purchasing a subscription to ensure that your specific areas of interest align with our offerings. It's important to make an informed decision based on the relevance of the content to your professional needs.

Q. If I exit the course, will I maintain my progress and spot in the module when I return?
